Unity Church of Raleigh is delighted to serve our families. For those of you with children, it is our pleasure to offer childcare and to make it convenient for parents and grandparents to participate in services and programs. HOWEVER, we have different ways of supporting you - depending on whether or not the event you are participating in is a Sunday Celebration Service OR a class or event on a day other than Sunday.
During our Sunday Celebration Services, childcare is available on a drop-in basis at no charge. The nursery is staffed for the 9:00 a.m. service and throughout the conclusion of the 11:00 a.m. service, usually around 12:30 p.m. For the older children, our Youth Ministry provides an age appropriate curriculum during the 11:00 a.m. service.
For special programs, workshops and concerts - including Sunday afternoon workshops, childcare is available with ADVANCE reservation. This provides us with adequate time to assure that we will have a qualified childcare worker for your child. A deadline for your childcare reservations are printed with each event, but usually it is 48 hours in advance. The exception is typically for Sunday afternoon events. You can make reservations with our Office Manager Monday thru Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The Church Office phone number is: 919.870.7364 or e-mail info@unitychurchofraleigh.org
To defray the additional costs to the church, the following fee structure applies for each event: $5 for one child, and $3 for each additional child in the same family.
