New Year’s Resolutions Accountability Group

If someone gave you a wish for 2012, what would your # 1 Resolution be?

 Are you ready for change in 2012? Many adults make at least one resolution a year, yet most of these resolutions are not maintained over time. What can make your results different this year?

Commit to the New Year’s Resolutions Accountability Group.

The group, led by UCR member and professional life coach Joe Green, will help you find focus, identify your goal, track your progress and stay motivated along the way. The combination of readings, sharing and in-class and at-home exercises gives participants the support needed to make Resolutions a Reality in 2012!

The Accountability Group will meet for one hour after church every Sunday for eight weeks, 11: 45 a.m. - 12:45 p.m., February 5 through March 25. By the final class, you’ll have an action plan to empower you to progress throughout the year.
